Mia Soleil Sanchez, 13, gave a scorching performance of Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever, earning four votes into the AGT live rounds.

In an early release video, the adolescent stunned Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, Simon Cowell, and Sofía Vergara with her emotional and talented performance of the 2021 song. She smoothly flowed through the song and had a strong stage presence because she didn’t just sing the lyrics. She felt them.

Mia captivated the whole crowd, who gave her a standing ovation. Mia Soleil Sanchez is destined to become “A Name People Are Gonna Know” after her stunning audition on “AGT.” Following the song, the judges gathered alongside the audience to applaud Mia on her outstanding AGT audition. Then they took turns praising her.

“Mia Soleil Sanchez,” Howie announced. “I believe that’s a name that people will know tomorrow. I like everything about you. I believe America and the rest of the globe will adore you as well.”

“I think you’re so cute,” Heidi said. “And you’re a really brave young lady. I’m quite proud of you.” Well done.” Sofía briefly summarized her opinions on the performance. She merely stated that she feels Mia would soon become “a star.”

“You know what was cool is that you grew with the song,” Simon went on. “And it’s not easy. I believe your performance indicates that you have excellent taste. You know where you are headed. So I really, truly enjoy this audition.”

After they finished speaking, the judges enthusiastically handed Mia four “yes” votes, giving her a chance to be Season 19’s winner.
