Jennifer Aniston is one of Hollywood’s most beloved actors, with a career that spans decades. Many people admire her outstanding features and fit form.
However, Aniston recently revealed that her fitness program was causing more harm than good to her health, so she changed up her workout habits to better accommodate her body.

Aniston claimed that she believed she needed to undergo intense workouts every day to maintain her ideal figure, but that the prospect of those activities was intimidating. She conducted these exercises for many years before realizing, I just got burned out and broke my body.”
While Aniston dislikes strenuous activities like boxing or Crossfit since they are taxing on her body, she claims she doesn’t feel like herself if she doesn’t exercise, so she has changed her schedule.

She now works out for a shorter period of time with low-impact exercises. Some workouts are only 15 minutes long. Her physical therapist urged her to do so, showing her a Barbie wrapped in kinesio tape to symbolize each injury Aniston had experienced over the previous few years.
She claims she no longer feels exhausted or as though her body is shattered after completing a workout. She also loves to work out with friends and an instructor since she claims she does things incorrectly if she is not directed.
Aniston says she learned in her 50s that working out the way she used to was not sustainable for her body, so she moved to functional fitness, which prepares your body for daily activity.
Functional fitness movements, such as squats, which resemble getting out of bed, or lunges, which help the body ascend a flight of steps, readily translate into daily life.

While Aniston is now delighted with her regimen and how it leaves her body feeling after a workout, her admirers are not as pleased with the results she has obtained after moving to functional training.
Aniston has detailed all of the advantages she has gained since commencing functional training. Nonetheless, when a photo of her appeared on Facebook after she shared this tale, her admirers were more critical of her appearance.

Last week, while Aniston was leaving a LA gym after a class, photographers got a couple of photographs of her in her exercise attire. She didn’t wear makeup and let her blonde and caramel hair blow in the breeze.
Aniston maintained her tank top and leggings with effortless elegance by wearing blue-tinted eyeglasses and carrying a red sweater over her arm. However, these images elicited severe reactions.
One admirer stated that they were 71, and Aniston appeared to be older than them, implying that she was older than 54. Another claimed they were 65, and Aniston appeared to be older.

In a similar vein, another admirer stated that, at 77, they were younger than Aniston in the images and went on to say,
I don’t believe that’s her; she looks a lot better than that!”
Many followers agreed that Aniston appeared a lot older than she was, and one fan said that this is how celebrities appeared before social media filters. While some believed Aniston shined, others said she looked exhausted.

Some admirers thought the photographs were very different from what they were used to seeing of Aniston, while another remarked she looked “totally different” from how she appeared in all of her advertisements, even going so far as to suggest she looked 80.
