Pink looks to be the coolest parent, and you may expect her to be too liberal with her children, enabling them to learn life lessons via their iPhones.
On the other hand, she is not the type of parent who restricts or forbids smartphone use.
Her two children with her husband, professional motocross and motorbike racer Carey Hart, are Willow Sage (born June 2011) and Jameson Moon (born December 2016).
Pink, 43, told Carson Daly on The Today Show in February 2022 that she would not let Willow, then 10 years old, use a smartphone.
“In general, technology presents both positive and negative aspects for individuals.” I’m not ready for children yet. My 10-year-old does not have a phone, even though she told me yesterday, ‘You know, most of the kids in my class have a phone.’ That does not move my needle. “I don’t care.”
Nonetheless, she understands the benefits of technology. “As parents, we can’t be dinosaurs; we have to sort of embrace and go with it,” she joked. Pink believes in attachment parenting, which promotes intimacy with children.

My parents didn’t share this belief, but I managed to survive. I constantly tell Willow, ‘I’m going to teach you the rules so you know when and how to break them.'”
She’s also devising fresh and imaginative ways to connect with her children. In 2022, Pink teamed up with the Calm App and Calm Kids, lending her calming voice to bedtime stories to help children go to sleep.
Although the device on which the app is installed is unknown, Pink told People in a 2022 interview that her son Jameson likes hearing her stories.
“Jameson likes to have it at night. He’s been listening to Minions constantly for five weeks, but now he wants my narrative, so I’m extremely proud.”
Pink isn’t the only celebrity who doesn’t allow their children to use cell phones.
Penelope Cruz, an Oscar winner, agrees. According to US Weekly, she forbade her son Leo, born in 2011, and daughter Luna, born in 2103, from using phones or social media.

He even has the power to completely turn off the use. He also has a guideline for Netflix: “One hour spent reading equals two hours earned to watch Netflix.”
Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, reveals that he did not allow his children to own smartphones until they were 14 years old.
Celebrity parents who monitor or restrict their children’s use of technology or cellphones include Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki, actress and singer Jennifer Lopez, Barack and Michelle Obama, and royals Kate Middleton and Prince William.
It is always vital to consider the benefits and drawbacks of any situation. According to studies, young children who use cell phones have both benefits and drawbacks. The negatives include mental health difficulties, access to damaging materials, and exposure to predators and cyberbullies.
