On the family’s new reality series “The Family Stallone,” the Stallone sisters discussed how dating Sylvester Stallone’s daughter may be tricky.
In episodes, one and two of the show, which are presently available to view on Paramount+, Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, discussed their experiences with their father threatening or otherwise not expressing interest in their relationships.
“Dating when you have the dad that we do is rough,” Sistine stated in the first episode of the show. “He’s going in for the first kiss the first time a boy comes over to meet my parents. “And I felt both terrified and delighted.”
“And he looks up at the balcony and goes, ‘Oh my god, what is that?'” she went on to say. “And it was my father standing on the second-floor balcony, backlit so that only a silhouette could be seen. “He’s so dramatic in the most insignificant ways, and let me tell you, the child climbs in the vehicle and drives down the driveway. He was never seen again.”

Scarlet said in a confessional that growing up with Sylvester as her father was not a “typical” experience in which he would pick her up and leave her off at school.
“Bring any boy home, he becomes full-on Rambo with guns,” Sophia remarked, referring to Sylvester Stallone’s renowned film character. He was more of a “girl dad” with the family, she said.
Sophia and Sistine noted in the second episode of the show that it was often difficult to tell if men were interested in them purely because of their surname.
“Once upon a time, I dated a guy,” Sophia said. “He was thinking how long it would take him to date me before he could get courtside tickets. And that’s when I realized I was in for a pretty rough ride in the dating world.”

Finally, Sistine stated that her dating issues stemmed from her moniker as well as her father being “very overprotective and quite intimidating.” Still, she claims that he hasn’t made an attempt to get to know his daughters’ lovers as they’ve moved on to more serious relationships, including her current partner.
“This is someone very special in my life,” she explained. “I’ve never had a relationship as good as this one before, so it hurts my feelings that he’s put in so little effort.”
When Sistine mentioned that she and her sisters’ boyfriends wanted to spend time with their father at a family talk, Sylvester responded that they hadn’t “earned the privilege” yet.
“You’ll see I’m helping you girls someday.” “I’m getting rid of these jerks,” Sylvester said.
