No wonder they say the best parenting tip is to be a child’s friend. Little Gabriel will always remember his father, Jas Marshall, for his kindness. In March 2015, doctors diagnosed this eight-year-old boy with oncology—a brain tumor—but fortunately, they discovered it at an early stage, allowing for immediate surgery.
Gabriel lost his hair after undergoing chemotherapy. As a result, the scar on his ear was obvious to everyone. When the youngster started school for the first time, he was extremely nervous.
Gabriel gradually grew more aloof, silent, and uncommunicative. He began avoiding his former friends because it appeared like everyone was gazing at his scar. Following that, the ill child’s father chose to have a tattoo of his son’s scar.
“My child has a scar from the surgery. He does not feel good. So I determined that I needed to learn to do things correctly. ‘Now, if people want to look at us, they can look at both of us,’ George Marshall told ABC News.
On social media, a photo of them with identical scars went viral. The photograph of the father and son received hundreds of views. People believe it’s a real step for a true father, and they hope Gabriel can recover.
