Candace Cameron Bure is under pressure for ‘lying.” The actress explodes and dismisses the charges as ”stupid”

Candace Cameron Bure has grown up in the limelight. When she began her acting career as a preteen, she was just a few years old. The 47-year-old actress is still well known today.

In this recent incident, though, she has found herself in the center of chaos.

Candace Cameron Bure is fighting back against social media. The 47-year-old actress stated that she hasn’t eaten fast food in 20 years, with the exception of In-N-Out Burger. “I haven’t eaten fast food except for In-N-Out in 20 years,” she said on Instagram. Some days, I wonder what a burger and fries from McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, or any of the other restaurants I’ve never eaten at taste like. That day has arrived. Will I ever find out? No.”

“And, no, I’ve never had Taco Bell or anything similar,” she continued. “I have no regrets. You can’t persuade me differently.”

However, Bure was not believed by social media sleuths. Some even discovered a photo from her Instagram account, which has since been removed. It’s a photo of the actress with one of her boys clutching a Chick-Fil-A cup. “We love Chikin!” said the caption on the photo.

Despite the fact that the photo was taken in 2012, people were eager to find evidence to slander the actress and mother of three.

Instead of turning the other cheek, she opted to have her spokesman reply to the claims of lying. “Candace told me that she drove her son to Chick-fil-A, and she only ordered an iced tea for herself,” Bure’s spokesman stated in a statement to the media. The charges that she lied about not eating fast food in 20 years were dismissed as ‘ludicrous’ by the actress’ counsel.

Her publicist emphasized that the actress is only carrying a cup in the shot. “Candace is only holding a cup,” they pointed out.

Bure has been candid about her eating issue and her recovery. She discussed her hardships in her 2010 book, Reshaping It All.

“I knew I had a problem, but it’s like being on a runaway train and wanting to get off but not knowing how,” Bure said in a 2016 interview.

“In a way, I lost my identity, and what happened was that I turned to food for comfort when my husband was away and I was alone.” I had an unhealthy connection with eating, which led to bulimia. “I dealt with it for several years, but it wasn’t about body image or feeling good — it was about finding comfort or filling voids within myself,” the actress said.

She wants to ensure that her children do not learn about her problems but rather about health and fitness.” Natasha, her eldest daughter, is followed by Lev and Maksim, her sons. Valeri Bure, her spouse, was the father of her children.

This is not the first time the actress has found herself in hot water with the public. She was recently chastised for statements she made about marriage.
