‘Life’s tough; get a helmet, man.’ Candace Owens shuts down ‘chronic attention seekers.’ VIDEO

Candace Owens, a conservative pundit who was removed from YouTube last month for hate speech against the LGBTQ community, gave some tough advice to students at a university in upstate New York.

A pregnant Owens addressed concerns that her presence had made transgender kids feel insecure at the Turning Point USA Live Free Tour in Albany.

What do you have to say to the trans students on this campus who believe that your presence here is actively harming them? A student challenged Owens during a Q&A session.

‘Life’s harsh; grab a helmet, buddy; I’m too pregnant for this,’ Owens answered quickly.

Some youngsters in the crowd applauded her remark, while others appeared to be stunned. Owens’ remark has also received appreciation on social media.

Turning Point USA is a non-profit organization that promotes conservative ideology on college and high school campuses.

Owens seemed pleased with her reaction, subsequently posting video footage of the interaction on social media.

‘I am eight months pregnant and have two kids at home. If you’re a 20-year-old adult who feels ‘actively victimized’ by my taking the stage to discuss social and economic conservatism, it’s because your parents completely failed you. ‘It is not my responsibility to coddle grownups,’ she added.

The video has over 12 million views so far.
