Barbara Eden, 91, recently rocked the red carpet at a Beverly Hills event, captivating everyone with her ageless beauty. While we all age, some people appear to resist the passage of time. Barbara Eden is unquestionably one of them. Born in 1931, she began her career in San Francisco before moving on to Los Angeles.

Her popularity rose because of the renowned comedy “I Dream of Jeannie.” Surprisingly, she’s still working, most recently as Mrs. Claus in “My Adventures with Santa” and as Melissa Gardner in “Love Letters.” She attributes her young attitude to remaining active and eating a good diet, admitting to a preference for steak, hog, poultry, and vegetables.

“I feel young!” Barbara informed Page 6 that she felt herself fortunate. “I feel sorry for people like my poor father, who had to work every day at a job he despised. “I enjoy what I do. “I’m still working.”

Barbara Eden’s secret to keeping youthful isn’t only physical; she likes her career and has a vibrant social life. Despite her age, she is dedicated to her workout program and works with a trainer.

“I’m very careful about my diet,” she said. “I’m a carnivore…” I enjoy steak. We consume a lot of pork, poultry, steak, and veggies.”
