Their recently acquired residence is considerably more spacious than their previous 3,000-square-foot house, which was filled with numerous belongings.
Meet Ty and Bonny. One day, they made the decision to relocate to a small yet cozy tiny house.

Their two children are now fully grown and have started their own families.
They currently have seven grandchildren.
Their daughter resides in Kentucky, a ten-hour drive away. Meanwhile, their son lives just half a mile away, allowing easy visits using the couple’s RV.

The pre-owned tiny house is owned by Liberation Tiny Homes and is situated in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, at the Tiny Estate Village.
They have named their residence “Journey.”
The couple can unwind and enjoy a picturesque view from their home, which overlooks a pond.

Before their purchase, the house served as a rental and was listed on Airbnb for approximately two years.
Bonny and Ty are thrilled with their choice of a 28 by 8.5 feet space.
Now, let’s take a look at the interior.

The inside boasts a farmhouse style that resonates with their love for the countryside.
The living area features two chairs where they can both relax.
Adjacent to the living area is their dining side table, with a bench that can be neatly tucked under it, saving space by attaching it to the wall.

Utilizing his woodworking skills, Ty crafted the bench and other elements in the house.
On the opposite side of the table, there’s a small bar and office combo. Drinks are placed on top, and a printer is housed below.
Their shared passion for boating influenced their decision to keep their shoes in bins in the tiny house.
Moving on to the kitchen and storage, their dresser and additional items find a place in the storage area, which is also integrated into the stairs leading to the loft above their bedroom.
The kitchen is designed with ample storage, meticulously organized to meet their needs. They’ve incorporated a small air fryer and a gas burner for added convenience.

The bathroom at the end features sliding doors to optimize space, containing a small sink, a shower, and a toilet.
Let’s not overlook the sleeping loft, situated right above the bathroom and kitchen.
In the loft, a comfortable queen-size bed is equipped with handy remote controls for the lights. Windows on both sides allow for a refreshing breeze.

It all exudes a charming and delightful atmosphere.
Despite initial challenges, such as Ty, who is six feet tall finding it challenging to adapt to the low ceilings in the loft, they have grown accustomed to the size.
They now find contentment in the tranquility of their tiny home.
In summary, Tiny Estates afford them the opportunity to live in a compact space while upholding a high standard of living.
