Witness the elegance of heavy metal as Oona and Gage Brown, two ice dancers representing Team USA, showcase their incredible skills.
The exceptional camera work truly highlights the remarkable talent of these siblings. Filmed at the ice rink in Bryant Park’s Winter Village in New York in 2020, this video captures their prowess on the ice. Notably, Oona and Gage Brown clinched the 2019 U.S. pewter award.
Hailing from a large family of seven children, these siblings form a formidable duo on the Olympic dance team. Their journey with Team USA saw them secure ninth and eighth positions at their Junior Grand Prix races from 2018 to 2019.
Their foray into ice dancing commenced in 2009 when their older sister began taking lessons, inspiring both Oona and Gage to follow suit. Gage, at the tender age of 7, eagerly embarked on his skating journey almost a year after his elder sister. Meanwhile, Oona, starting at age 5, initially navigated the rink independently, steadfastly refusing assistance.
