Jennifer Lopez is canceling tour dates to spend more time with family while rumors swirl about her relationship with Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez has made the difficult decision to cancel her summer tour dates in order to prioritize spending more time with her children. The unexpected cancellation comes amidst swirling rumors in the press suggesting that the singer is facing a potential divorce from her husband, Ben Affleck.

The 54-year-old singer announced the termination of her tour, This Is Me…Live, through her ‘On the JLo’ newsletter, expressing her deep regret and sadness for letting down her fans. She assured them that this decision was not made lightly and promised to make it up to them in the future.

Representatives for Live Nation confirmed the cancellation, stating that Jennifer is taking a break to be with her children, family, and close friends. Sources close to the singer clarified that the cancellation was purely for personal reasons and not due to low ticket sales.

The tour had previously undergone a rebrand in April, originally titled This Is Me…Now, to coincide with her latest album. This album, released amidst her rekindled romance with Ben Affleck, debuted at Number 38 on the Billboard 200 chart.

However, rumors persist about trouble in Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s relationship, with speculation of an impending divorce. The absence of Affleck at the Met Gala in May fueled further speculation about their relationship status.

Lopez and Affleck’s relationship history dates back to 2001 when they met on the set of Gigli, later becoming a high-profile couple from 2002 to 2004. Despite an engagement in 2002, their planned wedding in 2003 was called off due to media attention, leading to their separation a few months later.

Their reunion in 2021 culminated in a Las Vegas wedding in June 2022. Affleck’s previous marriage was to Jennifer Garner, while Lopez has been married three times before, to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony.
