Today, we are honoring Nicole Kidman, the wife of Keith Urban.

At the 49th AFI Life Achievement Award Gala, the 56-year-old country music artist paid tribute to Kidman, 56, thanking her for her love and support, especially in the early stages of their marriage while he was still recovering from addiction.

As he wrapped up his remarks about Kidman, he mentioned their two decades of romance and remarked, “I realize tonight’s all about her body of work thus far. However, next year will mark 20 years since I have been deeply in love with you.

“Happy birthday, sweet baby daughter. I adore you, he declared.

Kidman won the Lifetime Achievement Award on April 27 at the dinner, attended by Urban and their daughters.

When asked about her family’s attendance at the ceremony, the Oscar winner responded, “They are here to support me, and they’re very, very supportive and incredibly loving.”

On the occasion, Kidman disclosed that her “whole family” had traveled in from Australia specifically to see her significant accomplishment.
