Despite millions of Americans staying indoors to avoid the terrible blizzard, one woman in Morgantown, West Virginia, seemed indifferent to the frigid weather on Saturday.

Chandlar Fowler, a local Twitter user, got footage of the unknown brunette racing through the snow while wearing only a white T-shirt.
