Throughout the event, the 15-year-old presented themselves as Fin.

The adolescent, once known as Seraphina Rose, wore a suit and tie with a buzz cut.

After identifying themselves as Fin Affleck, they read Chapter 16, Verse 8 of the Book of Proverbs.

Fin had been photographed wearing a pink buzz cut and hanging out with their step-sibling Emme, Jennifer Lopez’s 16-year-old daughter, before attending their grandfather’s burial ceremony in West Virginia.

Jennifer revealed her father’s death on Instagram during the Easter holiday, sharing a heartfelt tribute.

“My dad died quietly Saturday afternoon. We were with him, singing Amazing Grace as he departed, and the question of whether we carried him across or scared him away was a good one. While the death of an 85-year-old man who had a healthy, lovely life is not tragic, I recognize that sadness is inescapable and lurks around unexpected corners.”

The actress went on to thank Charleston Area Medical Center and City of Hope for “extending” her father’s life and allowing him to spend his final moments “in his favorite spots—surrounded by daughters and grandchildren, cheering for his beloved Aggies, captaining a boat, and—most of all—next to his wife of 59 years, our Mom.”

Violet Affleck is Ben and Jennifer Garner’s middle child. They have an elder sister, Violet Anne, 18, and a younger brother, Samuel, 12.
