Father-daughter wedding dances are typically entertaining, especially when there is a twist involved. This one not only contains a twist, but it also comes as a major surprise to Mom, who was not prepared.

This video begins with a humorous tone. Beatrice, the bride-to-be, shows us several times that they practiced their dance moves but lied about it, saying they were playing tennis.

Then we come to the real wedding, which has Beatrice and Dad dancing to a slow tune. Then we hear a record scratch, followed by the classic guitar chord start of “Jailhouse Rock.” And that’s when the fun begins.

Dad removes his jacket as Beatrice pretends to be shocked, and they begin a well-choreographed duet. The photographer, aware of the joke, superimposes Mom’s face on the film, revealing her astonished expression!

The fun continues as the pair performs two of the greatest songs of all time: “Staying Alive” by the Bee Gees from Saturday Night Fever and Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” And it goes on for too many songs to list—you’ll simply have to watch to witness all the fun!
