Tammy Slaton, renowned for her appearance on “1000-Lb. Sisters,” has undergone a remarkable transformation, shedding 440 pounds and proudly flaunting her new physique in a dark blue swimsuit alongside her friend, psychic medium Haley Michelle.

Tammy has grappled with weight-related challenges throughout her life, but recent accomplishments have ushered in newfound liberation and mobility. “Just being able to walk without a walker or be pushed in a wheelchair, and no oxygen.
