Ulf Schewein is here. He’s 74 years old and in great shape. He’s lived in his area for 40 years and is sick of drivers driving too quickly near his house. He made the decision to take affairs into his own hands.

He took his hair dryer, went to the side of the road, and gazed at the drivers as follows:

And guess what? That was effective! Cars slow down because they assume it is a police officer. He is retired; therefore, he finds it amusing to do it on his days off. The speed limits are unclear, and the cops appear to be engaged with other problems. So it’s the only method to slow down the autos for the time being.
