Lyudmila Somar is the world’s third-tiniest woman to become a mother.

And the first to become a mother twice, despite her small height.

Many people refer to her as Thumbelina, and on the street, she might be confused with a schoolgirl and her husband, who walks with his elder brother or father.

The woman is barely 132 centimeters tall at the age of 30, but this hasn’t stopped her from being a happy wife and mother.

She arrived prematurely, weighing just 840 grams.

The physicians described the baby’s survival as a true miracle.

After all, there is very little probability of this with such a weight.

However, the youngster grew about two kilograms during her three months in the hospital and was safely discharged.

Everything was well with the girl until she was five years old; she was no different from other youngsters.

However, the parents realized that their daughter was barely growing at school.

Following hospital visits and testing, it was discovered that the girl had a rare condition that cannot be cured and is caused by a lack of growth hormone.

Despite this, the youngster grew up to be a very joyful, pleasant, and friendly young lady.

She went to college after graduating from high school.

As a student, she observed her peers going on dates and had no idea that she would one day become a wife and mother.

She was so little and frail that she quickly fell into the soul of her future spouse.

They just met once at a bus stop, but he couldn’t get her out of his mind.

He proposed to the girl three weeks after they met.

Their wedding was then well publicized throughout the region.

A year after their wedding, this pair has already been discovered well beyond the country’s boundaries.

Despite physicians’ cautions and limitations, a little lady gave birth to a perfectly healthy child weighing 2850 grams.

The mother and her husband later decided to have a second child.

The physicians, however, sternly forbid it; it’s best not to tempt fate any longer.

But God sent another baby to the family two years later.
