Following her appearance at a Waffle House, Lana Del Rey’s fans praised her

Fans were astounded to see Lana Del Rey this week working at a Waffle House in Alabama.

The musician, whose albums have sold millions of copies, was spotted working behind the counter at the restaurant in Florence while donning a name badge and Waffle House costume.

Customers were understandably astonished to see the multiple award-winning singer/songwriter serving customers and taking orders, but Del Rey handled the situation with grace and was happy to pose for pictures with her admirers.

To say I am happy is an understatement!” said Karina Cisneros Juarez on Facebook after being able to take a picture with the celebrity.

“Meeting Lana Del Rey today was truly insane,” said the fan, who has been a huge Lana Del Rey admirer for more than ten years.

She was there, complete with a uniform, Juarez told AL.com.

It seemed a little strange. I just told her how much I admired both her music and her body of work. She was really sweet and gorgeous.

Fans were in shock on social media after viewing pictures of Del Rey, with one commenting, “She’s modest. I value it.”

The words of another were: “She just wants to be normal; I feel her.”

Another remarked, “Imagine you’re just going to eat and Lana Del Rey is your waitress.”

Another joker said, “10-minute songs, Waffle House employee, singer, actress. What exactly is Miss Lana Del Rey incapable of?

Another person said, “This is just so unbelievable, Lana coded; she is so unserious.”

The 38-year-old’s whereabouts and whether or not she really worked a complete shift are unknown.

According to some social media users, she was given the uniform and name tag by Waffle House employees and then wanted to join in on the fun by trying her hand at serving customers.

However, Del Rey said that she was “very flexible” and had “other job opportunities” outside of music when she accepted Variety’s Artist of the Decade Award in 2021.

‘I’ve been really happy to follow my inspiration for the last 18 years,’ the singer remarked, adding that

She said, “That has sometimes taken me really far away from music into other genres and other work chances that have nothing at all to do with the arts.

“I’m very adaptable, and I’ve learned that if you pursue your interests, you’ll become the most innovative person in that industry.

Even if you obtain a 9-to-5 job after winning the decade award, you should still follow your gut.
