Ray Liotta received respect for “not even hesitating” when asked to name the actor he believes to be the most overrated. VIDEO

The wonderful interview tape that demonstrates the late, great Ray Liotta’s “devil may care attitude” has emerged online, earning him posthumous plaudits.

Liotta fell unexpectedly in his sleep in the Dominican Republic while filming Dangerous Waters last year, at the age of 67.

The Many Saints of Newark, Marriage Story, and No Sudden Move are among the actor’s more recent films. His best-known performance was as the title character in Martin Scorsese’s 1990 crime classic Goodfellas.

Although he is now recognized as one of the best, it appears that earlier in his illustrious career he wasn’t scared to criticize other celebrities.

Liotta made an appearance on Watch What Happened Live with Andy Cohen, with Jennifer Lopez sitting next to her.

Cohen interrogated Liotta while shackling her to J-Lo and forcing her to play the “Plead the Fifth” game.

If he declined to respond to one, Cohen would force Lopez to do so.

When asked which of his past female co-stars was the worst kisser, Liotta said frankly, “Sigourney [Weaver].”

Then Cohen inquired as to which actor from the 1980s and 1990s he thought was the most overrated.

“As a performer?” said Liotta.

He said, “I don’t give a s**t!” as the studio erupted in laughter.

Liotta was instructed to choose his favorite and least favorite Jennifer Lopez songs for his last question.

He sighed and replied, “Oh man, I don’t really know any of them,” which Cohen hadn’t anticipated would be an even funnier response.

Laughing, Lopez then interjected, “By the way, he’s been to my shows!”

After being reposted on Twitter with the message “God! “, the video has gained new traction. Ray Liotta and his “devil may care” attitude are missed. When asked who the most overrated actor from the 1980s and 1990s was, he didn’t even hesitate.

Someone else said, “I adore Ray so much! Nevertheless, he is correct; Clint concurs that he was a complete failure in the 1980s.

Another person added, “No doubt. I also miss him.

Another added, “HA HA! TBH, I don’t believe Eastwood has ever received much praise for his acting abilities as opposed to his demeanor or presence.
