Strict 70-year-old teacher has no children or wife; students reveal the actual truth they were forced to report…

Jim O’Connor, a Vietnam veteran with a strict demeanor, works as a mathematics instructor. He is known to have his hair short and in a military style. He is always on the lookout for his students, like an eagle.

Jim retains his powerful voice as a result of his many years of military duty, which no pupil would dare challenge. He seldom tolerates teens’ agitation or disturbance in his classroom.

According to TODAY, Jim has established himself as a recognized figure at St. Francis High School in California, where he teaches algebra and calculus. Even the rowdiest of adolescent lads remove their hats in Jim’s company. They were very perplexed until they learned about Jim’s other side.

Outside of class, Jim is a very different person than the austere image he portrays. On weekends and after class at 5 p.m., he lets down his guard and transforms into a baby whisperer. Jim volunteers at a children’s hospital in Los Angeles, where he gives up his time multiple days a week to care for sick babies.

He has been volunteering for more than 20 years. The math instructor began volunteering at the hospital years ago when a friend persuaded him to help make a blood drive a success.

Jim is a universal donor since he has an O-negative blood type. He began visiting the hospital on a regular basis to donate blood and platelets. He has donated 72 liters of blood since his first meeting with the hospital and is one of the facility’s top blood donors.

Jim could see sick newborns battling to recover from various ailments after a few contacts at the institution. He was surprised to discover how much of a cuddler he was. With no children, Jim had discovered a second source of income.

Jim admits to caring for and loving the children. The nurses and doctors at the hospital like him because he attracts children. The video shows Jim replenishing his love and concern for the sick infants.

In turn, the medical staff admires him and holds him in high esteem because of the sacrifices he makes for the children. Consider how he has gained the respect and nicknames of his students.
