School choirs may often go unnoticed despite their spectacular performances. However, one group of girls truly stands out, thanks to their exceptional musical talents.

The Frensham Madrigals, a British choir specializing in Renaissance and early Baroque music, was founded in 1964 by Michael Howard, a music teacher at Frensham Heights School in Surrey, England. Comprising around 20 to 25 students from the school, the choir has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality performances with a unique repertoire.

In a recent festival held by their school, the voices of Charlotte Nicholls and Katie Lee showcased the group’s exceptional talent. Their rendition of Queen’s iconic song, “Bohemian Rhapsody,” demonstrated their ability to captivate audiences for all the right reasons.

Despite being nearly 50 years old, “Bohemian Rhapsody” remains a timeless masterpiece by Queen. Originally crafted by the legendary Freddie Mercury in the late 1960s, it took the band three weeks to record, resulting in a truly original and beautiful piece of music.
