It’s hard to imagine life without sweets, especially when it comes to children, for whom the first encounter with something sweet, whether it’s chocolate or jelly, becomes a real discovery. The word “dessert” is associated with something very sweet, often containing sugar. But it’s time to change that perspective. We present to you a wonderful dessert recipe that doesn’t require adding sugar.

This recipe will be a find for those who want to enjoy sweets while keeping an eye on their health and striving to eliminate white sugar from their diet.

Ingredients:
– Cottage cheese – 350 g
– Sour cream – 100 g
– Water – 100 ml
– Dried cranberries – 70 g
– Stewed plums – 100 g
– Dried apricots – 100 g
– Walnuts – 100 g
– Hazelnuts – 100 g
– Gelatin – 20 g
Instructions:
1. Place the dried apricots, cranberries, and prunes in separate bowls. Pour boiling water over them, then rinse and drain the water. Lay the fruits out on a kitchen towel to dry, and then chop them finely.

2. In 100 ml of water, dissolve 20 grams of gelatin, stirring with a spoon.
3. Toast the walnuts and hazelnuts in a pan until they turn golden brown.
4. Put the cottage cheese into a bowl, add the sour cream, and blend thoroughly. Add the gelatin solution to this mixture and mix well.

5. Add the nuts, dried apricots, prunes, and cranberries to the mixture, and gently stir with a spatula.
6. Use a clean juice or milk carton as a mold, cutting off the top part beforehand. Pour the resulting mixture into it, tapping the carton on the table to distribute the mixture evenly.
7. Once the dessert has set, carefully cut the carton and remove it.
8. The dessert not only looks beautiful when sliced but is also incredibly delicious—and completely sugar-free.
