Woman reveals the transformation of her 39 m² apartment and amazes people

The main character of our story is a young female investor who purchased a one-bedroom apartment not for personal living but with the goal of reselling it at a profit.

The purchased property required serious renovation, as the interior was in poor condition.

A designer was brought in to transform the outdated interior into a modern, comfortable, and stylish space.

The entire apartment’s color scheme was designed in light tones. The floor is covered with light laminate, and the walls are painted white. The new front door is equipped with a built-in mirror.

On the right, there is an open black coat rack, beneath which is a soft bench with a shoe storage compartment. In the space between the kitchen and the main room, there is a spacious white closet with elegant black handles.

The kitchen design matches the overall style of the apartment, using the same materials for the floors and walls. To the left of the entrance is a custom-made kitchen set with an unusual shape.

On the right is a spacious cabinet for storing kitchen utensils and food. The lower part of the cabinet is pure white, while the upper part mimics a wooden texture.

The kitchen backsplash is decorated with mirrored panels to create the visual effect of expanded space. Opposite the work area is a dining set with elegant lighting.

This space has been transformed into a bright and airy area without excess furniture or décor. The walls are covered with wallpaper that has been prepared for painting. Across from the entrance is a large floor-to-ceiling closet. It is accompanied by a small workspace.

Near the window is a double bed in beige tones with a soft headboard. The wall at the bed’s head is decorated with decorative panels. Beside the window is a minimalist vanity with a large mirror.

The plumbing in the bathroom remained in place, but a space opposite the sink was made for the installation of a washing machine, which will be installed later.

For the bathroom walls, soft sand-colored ceramic tiles and waterproof white paint were used.
