On Thursday, the 34-year-old Australian actress and her husband of eight years, Tom Ackerley, enjoyed a day on the sea on Palmarola Island.

The Barbie star’s burgeoning baby belly was on full display during the expedition, with Robbie seen in a black bikini while soaking up the sun on a dinghy.

Ackerley wore a pair of red board shorts.

After swimming, people spotted the three-time Oscar nominee piloting a jet ski with her spouse on the back.

Robbie and Ackerley, both 34, once descended a cliffside into the ocean.

Earlier this week, fans spotted the Gold Coast actress, now residing in Los Angeles, enjoying lunch in Sardinia as she unwinds from a demanding filming schedule and gets ready for the birth of her first child with Ackerley.

The pair, who operate the production firm LuckyChap Entertainment, have always planned to start a family.

In a 2018 interview with Porter magazine, Robbie said that having a large family was her desire.

“If I look into my future 30 years from now, I hope to see a large Christmas feast with a lot of kids. But not at the time.” That is 100% certain,” she told the newspaper.

People revealed the couple was expecting their first child in July.

“Family means a lot to both of them, and they knew early on in their relationship that being parents was something they really wanted,” a source told The Hollywood Reporter.

“They’ve kept it quiet but are glad the news is out.”

The expecting parents first met on the set of the historical play Suite Française in 2013. Robbie appeared in the WWII picture, and Ackerley served as an associate director.

They married in a secret ceremony in Byron Bay in 2016, despite never having publicized their engagement.
