I decided to make the hood hat in several colors. I think that once you try it on, you’ll want to do the same.

We sew the piece from both the inner and outer parts.If the colors are different, you can wear it on both sides by simply adjusting the button’s position.

Begin the project by stitching the darts.

Then, sew the side and central parts of the hood together.

Attach a button loop to one of the side sections.

Place both parts together, facing each other, and stitch along the edge, leaving a small gap in the seam to turn the hat inside out.

Turn the hood inside out and carefully hand-sew the open seam. The edge is then finished.

Put on the hood hat and experiment with different placement options to determine where the button should go.
