Meghan Markle noted in her article that both of her children were a week beyond their due dates when they arrived, so the pair got inventive to help induce labor. “This occurred exactly four years ago today. The pair danced in California’s Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, where Meghan was about to give birth.
