The Metropolitan Detention Center is currently holding Sean Combs, also known as Diddy in the music industry. Last month, authorities detained him and accused him of serious offenses such as racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. The rapper and producer has continually disputed the claims brought against him.

As the world awaits the results of the upcoming trial in 2025, there has been increased scrutiny of the star’s life before his arrest. The release of a video allegedly showing the rapper punching singer Cassie after chasing her down a corridor has drawn particular attention to his relationship with her. However, Diddy’s two-year romance with singer Jennifer Lopez has preoccupied others. Rumor has it that Combs and Lopez dated for two years before splitting in 2001. More recently, when asked about their relationship, Lopez stormed away from admirers.

Over the weekend, Lopez attended the AFI Fest 2024 Unstoppable screening and a Q&A in Los Angeles, signing autographs for fans before her departure. In a viral video, a fan asks Lopez, “Do you have any remarks regarding Diddy and the allegations?” Currently, The Mirror reports that the singer has stopped signing autographs and left through a security-guarded door, despite some fans urging her to stay. However, the singer declined to return and fled without addressing questions regarding her former connection with Diddy. Little is known about the couple’s brief connection, although Lopez’s ex-husband claims the rapper is partly to blame for their ultimate divorce.

During an appearance on the Spanish talk show Despierta América, Noa asserted that the ‘distance’ and ‘deception’ in his and Lopez’s relationship, along with the beginning of their ultimate separation, began when Lopez started spending more time with Combs while working on her debut album,
