Amy Robach claims she doesn’t miss her work at GMA

Former “GMA3” host Amy Robach revealed that she doesn’t miss her job in morning television in a recent episode of the “Amy and T.J.” podcast, which she co-hosts with former “GMA3” colleague T.J. Holmes. Reflecting on lessons learned in 2023, Robach expressed that she has no desire to return to the grind of morning television but does miss the people she worked with.

The podcast hosts, who co-hosted “Good Morning America 3: What You Need to Know,” faced controversy when their relationship became public in November 2022, while they were still legally married to other people. Robach and Holmes maintain that they were separated from their spouses when they started dating. Despite leaving ABC News early last year due to the scandal, Robach affirmed that she doesn’t regret her actions, emphasizing that choosing love is always worth it, even if it resulted in losing her job, reputation, and some friends.

In a surprising revelation, Robach shared that she learned in 2023 that she sleeps better now that she’s living authentically. Previously relying on melatonin and relaxation methods, she can now fall asleep without aids or white noise. Robach highlighted the positive impact of living a life true to herself, noting improved sleep quality and an ability to rest without previous sleep aids or routines.
