It’s always embarrassing when your mouth takes over before your brain, and Amy Schumer’s most recent interaction with Bradley Cooper left her “rambling to recover.”
Even worse, Schumer has been outspoken about her obsession with the Hangover star, telling Jimmy Fallon in 2015 that he is “the type of attractive; trust me, when he is in front of you, you just grab your ankles.”
She’s also expressed it more explicitly, describing one of her dreams to GQ for its Men of the Year 2015 as simply ‘anal.’.
She has never truly hidden it, which likely explains why their recent conversation felt so intimate.
While appearing as a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday (January 28), the 43-year-old comic reflected on their recent encounter after Cooper’s 50th birthday on January 5.
Schumer described the conversation: “So, I saw him, and, you know, ‘How are you?'” He also mentioned that he had turned 50 this year.
“And he goes, ‘You 50?'”

Cooper, do you not realize it is impolite to ask a woman how old she is, let alone guess her age?
She went on: “And I tried to recover, because I’m 43, but I’m like, ‘I’ll be 50, but I’m not 50 yet.'” You 50?! I was like, ‘Yeah, yeah, I’m not Bradley. But thank you for thinking about me.”
The Trainwreck actor went on to declare that ‘we all want to be sexy’ and that individuals go to great lengths to accomplish this goal.
“This is how bad people want to be hot—people literally run,” she said with a smile.
She then sprang up and feigned to escape, exclaiming excitedly, “Somebody has sex with me!”
“It’s disgusting,” she explained. “They’re riding a bike to nowhere with the Wicked soundtrack!”
The conversation swiftly progressed when Fallon asked how her husband, Chris Fischer, was doing. She surprised the audience by correcting him, claiming he was her “late husband.”
As Fallon and the audience gasped, she immediately added, “Well, I simply call him that because he is never on time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Is that not…? I should find another method.
“But, no, I love him.” His name is Chris, and he is a rescuer. “They all are.”
