Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heather Milligan look fashionable in London!

Schwarzenegger, 76, and his longtime lover Milligan, 48, were pictured leaving London’s Annabels exclusive members’ club together on Tuesday. The pair matched with black tops; Schwarzenegger donned a dark suit jacket and slacks, while Milligan sported an all-black ensemble with a dazzling silver lining.

According to the book’s publisher, Penguin Random House, Schwarzenegger will be in London for two performances at the London Palladium on Tuesday and Wednesday, when he will conduct lectures focusing on his new self-help book Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.

Schwarzenegger and Milligan began dating in 2013, two years after the action star-turned-politician divorced his ex-wife, Maria Shriver. The Terminator star previously told people that he and Milligan, a physical therapist, initially met following his shoulder surgery in 2012 while preparing to film 2013’s Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone.

“I said, ‘I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches, and I have fights with Sly, and I want to have my act together,'” Schwarzenegger remembers asking his surgeon for a referral for a physical therapist.

“So he says, ‘There’s only one person; it’s Heather—any athlete, I always send them to her, because she’s the only one who truly understands what they’re talking about.'” So I went to her, and then once my treatment and the movie were completed, I called her back and took her out to lunch to say thank you. Then one thing led to another.”

Milligan operates the physical therapy facility Elite OrthoSport in Los Angeles and has a degree in physical therapy as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Milligan, according to her clinic’s website, “currently maintains three highly regarded certifications, placing her in an elite class of physical therapists in the country.”

She and Schwarzenegger both have athletic backgrounds; according to Elite OrthoSport, she was a competitive gymnast for 20 years before pursuing a profession in physical therapy.

“We have so many things in common,” Schwarzenegger said of Milligan in September to people. “I admire her much. I like that she enjoys working. She is clearly self-sufficient. She’s simply insanely motivated.”

Aside from his connection with Milligan, Schwarzenegger has four children with his ex-wife, Maria Shriver: Katherine, 33; Christina, 32; Patrick, 30; and Christopher, 26. He and Mildred Patricia Baena have a son, Joseph Baena, 26.
