Bebe Rexha has opened up about her experiences with infertility and polycystic ovarian disease.
In a since-deleted post on X, the 35-year-old singer and songwriter reacted to individuals who were criticizing her weight after her appearance at the 2025 Met Gala. Rexha stated that she was “tired” of the insults, then discussed her own issues and revealed that she had lost a pregnancy.
“I’m so tired of people commenting on my weight,” she said in the now-deleted post. “I have PCOS and struggle with infertility.” I became pregnant, but it didn’t work out, and I’ve been bearing the agony in quiet. I did not owe anyone that truth, but perhaps now you will reconsider before making remarks about another person’s appearance.

On Monday, May 5, the “Born Again” singer debuted at Fashion’s Biggest Night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Rexha donned a Christian Siriano black coat and huge tulle skirt with fishnet gloves.
The Met Gala subject was “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which corresponded to the museum’s spring 2025 show on “the Black dandy as both a concept and an identity signifier.”
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Rexha stated that when she thinks about dandyism, she envisions “structured jackets.” Working with Siriano, she stated that the designer “always nails the assignment” and “always makes me look good.”

The Met Gala’s dress code for 2025 was “Tailored for You,” alluding to the exhibition’s emphasis on menswear and suiting.
Colman Domingo, A$AP Rocky, Lewis Hamilton, Pharrell Williams, and Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour served as co-chairs for the 2025 event. LeBron James was named honorary chair; however, he revealed that he will be unable to attend due to a knee injury incurred at the end of his NBA season.
