You read that correctly:
An adult guy burned a doll because he didn’t enjoy the movie.
Shapiro described the movie in a 43-minute review, calling it a “piece of dogsh*t” that virtually everyone else on earth adored.
“Let me start by giving the movie a broad evaluation. This film is more than simply a waste of time. This movie is a burning piece of dogshit that has been stacked on top of a burning trashcan and a dogshit-filled landfill, he declared.
“It is one of the worst movies I have ever seen; it is horrific on every level.”
Despite the beautiful clothes, the 39-year-old claimed that the film was intended for “mothers and their eight-year-old daughters.”

He said, “The movie is a s**tshow conceptually.
Politically speaking, the film’s fundamental thesis is that men and women are on opposite sides of a split and are hostile toward one another.
And figuratively, the only way you can have a happy world is if men and women ignore each other. That appears to be the movie’s conclusion.
“I was attempting to divide this into issues with the storyline, issues with the characters, issues with the politics, and so on. However, they are all connected since the situation is a complete muddle. Nothing about it makes sense. Nothing in the plot makes sense. It doesn’t make sense character-wise.
Then he lit a Barbie doll on fire and placed additional Barbie dolls on top of it in a container.
Shapiro’s intense response to a lighthearted doll movie has generated confusion and amusement online.
If you assembled a team of 11 of the world’s [cringiest] incels, gave them an unlimited budget, and gave them access to every resource they needed, they still wouldn’t be able to out-wince the cringe that Ben Shapiro just let out of his little baby body, according to one commenter.
Another person commented: “Tucker Carlson getting upset with an M&M character is the logical follow-on from Ben Shapiro burning Barbie dolls.”
Someone else brought out the fact that Shapiro dressed like Ken to watch the movie he detested.
it was just pointed out to me that Ben Shapiro went to go hate watch the Barbie movie dressed exactly like Ken lmao pic.twitter.com/Cek4xVz3Sn

On Rotten Tomatoes, the Greta Gerwig-directed movie with Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling has a 90% approval rating.
During its first weekend, it brought in more than $350 million at the worldwide box office.
Shapiro, though, considers it “a piece of dogs**t.”
