Cameron Diaz gave an incredibly explicit explanation for why she still appears so youthful.
Christmas is only a few weeks away, which means it’s time to binge-watch all of your favorite Christmas movies.
If you’re planning to watch The Holiday, Diaz will dominate your screens as he plays a significant role in the holiday film.
Many people consider the Nancy Meyers-directed rom-com, which made its debut in 2006, to be among the best Christmas films of all time, and many believe Diaz still looks as good now as she did nearly 20 years ago.
Despite being 52 years old, Diaz has opened up about why she still looks so young.
While in her 30s, the Shrek star stated in a 2010 interview with British Vogue that she didn’t ‘want to look 25 again,’ but that she had several strategies to slow down the aging process.

“The fountain of youth [for me], let’s see…” she said before starting a series of very standard advice.
“I guess it’s exercise, a healthy diet, lots of water, and lots of laughter,” Diaz went on to say.
However, the actor then made another X-rated piece of advice for keeping young, stating, “Lots of sex—yes, sex; we need that as human beings.”
Diaz would not specify how much sex she considered “plenty,” but she did say, “It’s healthy; it’s natural; it’s what we are here to do!”

While Diaz appeared to make the sex proposition in jest, her allegation appears to be true.
Keira Barr, a holistic doctor, informed Mind Body Green in 2021 that sex-produced estrogen ‘increases collagen formation, skin thickness, and hyaluronic acid production, giving skin a young and supple look.’
Planned Parenthood cited a research study that found that among 3,500 men and women, those who had sex three times a week appeared seven to twelve years younger than their true age.
So, while Diaz appeared to have it all under control at the moment, she said that she would ‘never say never’ to getting work done in the future.
“I’m not doing anything right now,” she stated of cosmetic surgery, adding, “But we’ll see.” Thus far, so good. But I won’t say no to anything.”
