Country music icon Reba McEntire just shared the most devastating announcement…

Reba McEntire’s followers are extending their condolences following her sharing some somber news on Instagram. The Big Sky actress, currently enjoying a peak in her career with notable performances at the CMA Awards, a Grammy nomination, and a lead role in an ABC drama series, announced the passing of a beloved family member despite recent triumphs.

The “The Heart Won’t Lie” and “Rex” singer, along with her partner Rex Linn, is mourning the loss of their cherished French bulldog named Riddler. Despite the recent celebratory moments, the 67-year-old artist posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, accompanied by black and white photos, paying tribute to her “Angel delivered” dog.

In the post, she shared, “If we’re very lucky, an Angel will place something in our laps that will touch us for a lifetime…and we were quite fortunate.” Sadly, Riddler succumbed to lymphoma at the age of 7, less than three weeks after diagnosis. Reba highlighted Riddler’s achievements in the show ring as a GRAND CHAMPION but emphasized that his impact in real life was even more significant. He was a beloved riding companion on the river.

Following this poignant announcement, fans poured into the singer’s comment section, expressing their sorrow and offering comforting words. Messages like, “I am sorry to learn about your loss. Riddler was undoubtedly aware of the love that others had for him. I’m sending you my love. Goodbye, Riddler,” and, “Guys, I’m sorry. You have my undying love. Your family includes your kids. Our condolences for your loss,” conveyed the heartfelt sympathy of Reba’s supporters.

Longtime friend and fellow country singer, Trisha Yearwood, also joined the condolences, praising Reba by saying, “You loved him well, and he loved you back. Everyone wants to have that. Regards, Riddler.”

In conclusion, our deepest sympathies go out to Reba and Rex during this difficult time.
