There were enough accolades to go around at the 2025 Oscars, with all of the magnificent fashions strolling down the red carpet. Simply ask Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg.
Moore was seen fawning about her Ghost co-star’s Christian Siriano gown in a Variety video posted on X (previously Twitter).
Moore, 62, can be heard stating, “You look gorgeous,” while Whoopi, 69, responds, “I do feel kinda cute,” to which the Substance actress responds, “You do look kinda cute.”

The View anchor, who arrived with her daughter Alex Martin, had a Cinderella moment in a dark blue gown directly from Siriano’s latest catwalk presentation. It boasted a stunning sculpted silhouette and a neckline that revealed her typically hidden shoulder tattoo.
Moore looked stunning in a bespoke Giorgio Armani Privé crystal-embroidered gown with a plunging neckline and towering train. Ahead of the awards presentation, her daughter Scout Willis, 33, told PEOPLE that her mother’s gown will be “iconic” and “to die for,” and Moore delivered on both counts.
The duo’s carpet moment comes 35 years after their appearance in the 1990 picture Ghost. Their conversation was one of several sentimental cinematic reunions that night.

Ghost, starring Patrick Swayze and Tony Goldwyn, follows Sam Wheat (Swayze) and Molly Jensen (Moore), a couple hopelessly in love. However, Carl Brunner (Goldwyn) murders Sam, leaving him as a ghost who is unable to interact with Molly. He then seeks assistance from medium Old Mae Brown (Goldberg) to defend Molly. It received five Oscar nominations and three wins in 1991, including Best Supporting Actress for Goldberg’s performance.
Moore received her first Oscar nomination for The Substance this year; however, she lost to Mikey Madison of Anora in the Best Actress category.
