For millennia, people have been searching for the key to eternal youth. Everyone wants to live longer and stay youthful.

In the past, shamans and sorcerers created talismans from animal skins and bones, as well as a variety of concoctions.

Faustino and Estefania, a Mexican couple, have been together for 81 years.

And this is actually a record. They were married in 1932 and have been together ever since.

Notably, Estefania’s parents forbade their union, but against all the difficulties, she married Faustino and moved to a different hamlet since she loved him so much.

They had both good and bad times during their entire existence together, but they were able to handle everything because of one another.

11 children, 65 grandchildren, 110 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren were born to the marriage. Even in old age, partners still have a deep affection for one another.

They believe that real love is timeless and unaffected by time. They still like spending time together, going on walks, and looking out for one another, just like when they were younger.

Their large family makes every effort to ensure that the elderly have all they need.

Spouses consistently respond when questioned about longevity that you shouldn’t consider how long you have left to live.

No matter what, you have to take pleasure in every moment. You must take care of your loved one and express your love and gratitude for him, especially while he is close by.

After all, he might not be present the following day. As one gets older, they gain knowledge and start to value life and their loved ones differently.

When we become older, the things we worried about so much as children appear trivial. Estefania and Faustino are content and live for now.
