Carrie Underwood and her husband, Mike Fisher, are a familiar sight on the red carpet. They have walked together at the world’s most prominent award ceremonies, including the Grammys, CMA Awards, and American Music Awards.
Normally, this country music artist and her husband, a retired hockey player, seem so stunning together that we can’t stop admiring them.

The outbreak slightly altered award presentations, but Fisher reunited with his lovely wife in 2022.
Fisher did not attend the 2023 CMT Awards, which took place in Austin, Texas, on April 2. So, what’s the matter?

Don’t assume that Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood are incompatible. He opted not to attend in person to show his support for his wife, who received nominations for both Female Video of the Year and Video of the Year at the 2023 CMT Awards.
When asked where her spouse was on the red carpet, the “Hate My Heart” singer explained that he was really on dad duty for the evening.
“My spouse takes care of the children.” He typically ensures that everything runs smoothly while I focus on these types of tasks. She yelled out to her three sons, as if she were keeping an eye on them even at home. Oh no!

Compared to previous years, the former hockey great likely had less access to the 2023 award ceremony. The CMTs have recently taken place in Nashville, the birthplace of country music.
This happened near Franklin, Underwood, and Fisher’s suburban Nashville residence. However, they planned to relocate the award ceremony to Texas in November 2022.
However, Underwood looked stunning in a rhinestone two-piece that would have earned her a spot on any Best Dressed list, giving the impression that she was enjoying her time in Texas away from her boys.
Despite their celebrity, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher prefer to shun the spotlight with their two children, Isaiah and Jacob. To avoid interrupting their routine, Fisher and the singer of “Jesus Take the Wheel” chose not to take the children on tour last year.

“This time, they are not accompanying me,” Underwood told ET Canada. “My oldest daughter is enrolled in school, and we prioritize her education. We want them to live as normally as possible.
Fisher is a hands-on parent, allowing her to focus on her work, Underwood explained. I think of myself as lucky. She responded, “I have to brag a little about my hubby.” He’s got it. While I’m away, he keeps it locked up. I never have to worry about unpacked lunches or dirty laundry.
That seems logical, considering Fisher’s desire to become a father. Before Isaiah was born in 2015, he told The Tennessean that he was excited to become a parent.
When asked about having children, he said, “Many people say it’s impossible to explain until it happens, and then it’s the greatest thing ever.” “I’m just thinking about how I can be the best father I can be.”
Even though Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood look to have the ideal relationship right now, this wasn’t always the case. Underwood originally doubted Fisher’s capacity to be a good mother, despite her longtime desire to be a caring mother.
