The renowned pair has been dating for years, and the public has adored their chemistry, particularly Holland’s gentlemanly demeanor despite their extremely quiet personal lives.
However, it was on a trip to New York City with The Impossible actor, 28, and Euphoria star, 28, when fans witnessed firsthand the extent he would go to protect his beloved.
On Thursday night (October 24), the duo exited a limo before Zendaya stopped to sign autographs for fans.
However, an aggressive mob of photographers gathered around the Challengers star, and Holland quickly intervened.
Entertainment Tonight captured a video of him pushing through the crowd to reach his lover.
Then he said, “Get out of the f*****g way.”
Zendaya appeared to reassure him, “No, no, it’s OK, Tom,” as he pulled the paparazzi away.
Holland then dragged her back to safety and positioned himself in the path of the dazzling lights, using his body to create a physical barrier between her and them.
The actor then walked her through the mob, keeping his touch on her arm, so she could safely exit the situation.
Since the video surfaced on Twitter, some people have grown ‘obsessed’ with it, while others have labeled Holland a ‘walking green flag’.

One user said, “I’m obsessed with that video of Zendaya and Tom.”

Another user said, “If my partner doesn’t do this, I don’t want it.”
“This is why she loves him, and we adore him!” a fourth person wrote. “Who needs a bodyguard when you have a fantastic lover?” a fourth person asked, while another wrote, “Good for him; everyone pouncing should be ashamed, get a grip, and give room.”
“These people have no right to anything.”
The pair were photographed at the premiere of Holland’s new non-alcoholic beer brand, BERO, after he previously discussed his drinking issues on several talk programs.
The actor told Jimmy Fallon on his Tonight Show that he had chosen to forgo drinking for a month, but when he found it tough, he prolonged the restriction for another five months.
He added that after he achieved six months of sobriety, he felt so much better that he decided to go a whole year without drinking.
Holland has stopped drinking and now prefers to make his own non-alcoholic beer due to his dissatisfaction with the available options on the market.
He told Variety, “For me, BERO is personal. After two years of sobriety, I wanted to create something that represented my lifestyle and principles. Everyone who values quality, craftsmanship, and living life to the fullest is the target audience for this beer. Bero provides the flavor and sensation of a quality brew without asking you to settle for less.”
