Gary Sinise was awarded the Patriot Award for…

Gary Sinise is well-known for his numerous ways of honoring the United States military.

The Forrest Gump star founded his own foundation, entitled ‘The Gary Sinise Foundation,’ and has donated millions of dollars to troops, veterans, first responders, and their families.

Gary Sinise has been advocating for veterans’ rights since 1994, when he played Lieutenant Dan in the classic film Forrest Gump.

America Supports You sponsored the event, which took place in observance of National Military Appreciation Month. Sinise supports the troops by performing at military bases and has traveled to Iraq and Afghanistan on three USO-sponsored excursions.

Gary has received several honors for his outstanding work throughout the years, and now he has received yet another particular recognition.

He received the Patriot Award in February 2020 at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley. According to ABC7, it is the highest accolade bestowed by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society.

Gary Sinise has long established himself as a terrific man. Not only is he a really great actor, but he is also a fervent supporter of our military, frequently going out of his way to aid those in need.

My admiration for Gary Sinise has no boundaries.

Thank God for people like him in the world, providing veterans and families of the dead with the assistance and support they require. Please share this story if you believe he deserves this honor!
