Customers may get free fries from McDonald’s every Friday as part of a special promotion.

Yes, you read that correctly. You may go to the fast food restaurant and get free fries as part of a new promotion dubbed “Free Fries Friday.” Try saying that 10 times fast.

So, how do you go about getting your complimentary fries?

Free Fries Friday begins on October 27 and will run every week until December 29.

This gives you ten chances to take advantage of the opportunity before it expires.

However, there is a catch: in order to claim your free fries, you must do so using the McDonald’s app, as it is the only location where the offer is accessible.

It is not available simply by stepping into a restaurant or using a third-party app like JustEat or UberEats.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the free fries offer is only valid once per day, so you won’t be able to purchase mountains of fries.

Also, if you use this deal on any particular Friday, it is the only offer available that day; it cannot be paired with any other offer.

When you open the app on a Friday while the offer is active, you will be asked if you want complimentary fries. It is also accessible via the offers tab.

Another thing to bear in mind is that the deal requires a minimum purchase of $1 in order to be valid.

So, to summarize, it’s only available on the app, only on Fridays, you can only do it once a day, you must purchase at least $1, and it’s the only deal available on that day.

This isn’t the first time McDonald’s has advertised free fries at their outlets. They had advertised free fries in July on National French Fry Day, which apparently exists.

Previously, in January, they launched a promotion on chicken nuggets to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the classic menu item.

Last month, the business served its iconic cheeseburger for 50 cents a pop to recognize National Cheeseburger Day, which apparently is also a thing.

If you merely want a snack, the deal appears to be an excellent opportunity to grab an extra side order or even just some fries and a drink.
