He was the strongest child on earth. Here’s how he looks at 24. PHOTO

Richard Sandrak, a Ukrainian-born American who emigrated to the United States 15 years ago, is commonly regarded as the world’s strongest kid.

Richard began exercising frequently when he was a child. He could bench press more than 30 pounds at the age of eight! He benched 53 pounds at the age of 11.

He is now 24 years old and does not fit the stereotype of a jock.

The moniker “Little Hercules” landed him invitations to contests, TV shows, advertisements, publications, and even movies. Richard’s family relocated to California in order for their son to reach his full potential.

The boy’s father, a former world martial arts champion, kept track of his son’s training, nutrition, and everyday activities. The dad was frequently chastised for physically assaulting his son and making unreasonable demands on him.

When his father began assaulting his mother at the age of 11, Richard called the police. The man has been charged with domestic abuse.

The youngster had ceased speaking with his father and had forgotten who he was. Following that, his practice time steadily dropped.

Later on, he says, “I am quite proud of my achievements as a youngster; I am not embarrassed by them, and I do not attempt to hide this chapter of my life from anyone.” “I really don’t want to live like that anymore,” he says, ultimately coming to his senses. They attempted to portray me as a natural monster, you know.

Richard continues to exercise, but he isn’t as committed as he previously was. He skates on a regular basis and also enjoys running. On the set of the Los Angeles show “Waterworld,” he gets set on fire at least five times a day and then must fall into the water from a tremendous height in his job as a stuntman.

When asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, he surprised himself by saying, “A scientist engaged in quantum physics… or an engineer at NASA, why not?”
