Jamie Lynn Spears leaves successful program due to “medical issues”

Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney Spears’ younger sister, has been forced to quit the iconic British reality program I’m a Celebrity. According to sources, Get Me Out of Here! was ordered on medical grounds.

A spokeswoman for the 32-year-old revealed that Spears had departed the program but did not elaborate on why.

British network ITV later revealed that the actress’s departure from the jungle was due to medical reasons.

“I’m a celebrity’s Jamie Lynn Spears has departedGet Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds,” a program representative confirmed.

“She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.”
According to rumors, Spears threatened to leave the program only last week, becoming tearful and expressing her longing for her children.

She also discussed her bond with her older sister, Britney. The two have had several public spats in the past.
“She’s a good big sister; she really is,” Jamie Lynn added. “Yeah, I adore her… Me and her have a fight. The entire world has seen that.

“I’ve learned to stop talking about it in public, but families fight.” We simply do it better than most.”

Jamie Lynn also stated that their “very complicated upbringing” was to blame for the two sisters’ frequent squabbles.

Earlier this week, presenter Declan Donnelly stated that Jamie Lynn was “doing fine, and she goes away with our best wishes” at the start of a show.
