John Legend is all about his family.

On Friday, August 30, the 45-year-old artist published an Instagram carousel packed with adorable photos of all four of his children: daughters Luna, 8, and Esti, 19 months, and sons Miles, 6, and Wren, 14 months, as well as his wife Chrissy Teigen. The tweet coincides with the release of his children’s album, “My Favorite Dream,” which Legend describes as “completely inspired by my wife and our babies.”

In the first photo, the delighted father smiles broadly as all four of his children stand in a swimming pool. More pool photos show Legend hoisting Miles above the water with only one hand.

Another photo depicts Legend in a cheetah print robe, cradling his two youngest in his arms while his two eldest cluster around them. The following photo shows their youngest, Wren, with his parents kissing either of his cheeks.

As the carousel continues, Legend posts several photos of his children playing on their father’s piano, Teigen hugging and kissing her children, and Legend carrying his infants on his shoulders.

He went on to say, “I want this music to provide joy, inspiration, and comfort to both our infants and yours. I hope it helps kids fall in love with music and cope with any difficulties or obstacles they may have. I hope that the spirit of love at the heart of the album is contagious and palpable. When the time comes, I hope it helps them FALL ASLEEP (please!) and realize all of their favorite dreams.

On Monday, August 26, the “All of Me” singer shared photos of his new arm tattoo on Instagram, revealing that he got it in honor of his family. In his caption, Legend, holding out both of his arms and smiling broadly, revealed each arm tattoo and its emotive value.

“I don’t have much ink on my body,” the father of four acknowledged. “My first tattoo was ‘chrissylunamiles’ in a faint heart-monitor-like calligraphy on my right arm to celebrate my expanding family. So I asked @winterstone to return and replicate it with the new babies.”

He said, “I’m presenting ‘chrissyestiwren’ for the left arm. If you zoom in, squint, or wear reading glasses, you can see it.

Teigen, 38, responded to Legend’s touching remark by joking, “Wait TWO CHRISSYS!!!!!😭,” in the comments section.
