Julia Roberts posts a never-before-seen snap of son Henry to celebrate his 18th birthday

Julia Roberts’ kid just accomplished a notable achievement.

On Wednesday, June 18, the Pretty Woman star, 57, tweeted a rare throwback photo of her son Henry to commemorate his 18th birthday. In the photo, a much younger Henry is wearing a green sweatshirt and looking squarely into the camera.

“In the blink of a joyful eye, this beacon of a boy is ⚡️ 18 ⚡️. I love you, Henry.” “#goldenboy #goldenbirthday,” Roberts said in the caption.

Roberts and husband Danny Moder have three children: Henry, Hazel, and Phinnaeus, who are both 20.

To commemorate Mother’s Day in May, Roberts’ husband, Moder, released a rare snapshot of his wife and their three children. Roberts sat in the center of her three children, all of whom smiled brightly at the camera.

“Mothers make the coolest stuff,” Moder said in the post. “Love these guys.”

During an interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in December 2023, Roberts said that Henry was the sole child left at home after his two siblings departed for college.

“I believe it is a favorable 50/50 split. He’s enjoying it. And I believe he misses his people,” Roberts added, adding that all three of her children are “doing well.”

The Oscar winner praises her early job success for enabling her to be present when her children reach new milestones.

“By the time I had a successful family life and a husband and children who wanted to stay at home, I had been working for 18 years.” So I felt like I had the luxury. “I didn’t have to choose between the two,” she told British Vogue in January.

She saw the freedom to focus on her children as a “luxury.”

“It was simple to take time away from work to care for my family. And so, since I have buddies who had to balance being at work and having to go into the toilet and, you know, get out the breast pump, I sort of went through it with them by proxy,” she told the publication. “To be allowed the luxury of staying home and being with my family, I had a deep gratitude for that time.”
