Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” have disputed allegations that they are divorcing.
Following People’s revelation on Monday evening that the reality star pair had split, Richards, 53, and Umansky, 54, clarified the situation in a joint statement posted to their Instagram pages.
While the couple, who have been married for 27 years, stated that “any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue,” they did admit that their marriage has been particularly “challenging” in the previous year.
“With reference to the news that broke about us today, any claims that we are divorcing are false,” the statement on Richards’ and Umansky’s Instagram profiles started.
“However, we have had a difficult year.” “The most difficult of our marriage,” the message said. “However, we both adore and respect each other enormously.” There has been no impropriety on the side of anyone.”

“Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately,” they wrote. “While it is fun to speculate, please do not fabricate false stories to fit a more salacious narrative.”
“I appreciate your love and support.” “Kyle and Mauricio,” they signed off.

The couple originally appeared on “RHOBH” in 2010 and have constantly denied marriage rumors throughout the following decade.
According to Deadline, new charges regarding their relationship are slated to be featured as a subplot on the Bravo show’s forthcoming 13th season, which will debut later this year.
Richards and Umansky married in 1996, two years after they first met in a bar in 1994. They have three kids together: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
Farrah Brittany, 34, is Richards’s daughter from her former marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
