Man spends years planting flowers for his blind wife because she enjoys the smell and they look incredible. VIDEO

True love is when individuals love and care for one another even when they are old. Unfortunately, genuine emotions are becoming increasingly rare.

However, an elderly Japanese couple demonstrated the inverse. Yukaso and Toshiyuki tied the knot fifty years ago.

The fact that their parents planned their wedding rather than doing it out of love is what I find most intriguing about their story.

But soon after the wedding, they understood they were meant to be together.

Despite the difficulties, the young couple began to enjoy a very happy life.

The Kurokus worked in tough agricultural labor. There was a lot of effort, but not much money.

Even at the most trying times, Yasuko was always there for her husband.

Following the birth of their children, the couple decided to start farming and purchased numerous cows.

Despite having to wake up quite early to care for cattle and labor in the field during the day, their lives began to improve.

They were able to pay for and raise their children before beginning to save for travel.

Unfortunately, their aspirations were not to be realized.

Yasuko felt eye discomfort one morning and went to the city hospital with her husband.

The physicians were unable to establish a diagnosis and hence sent the couple home.

The woman became worse and worse the next day, until she went fully insane.

The physicians were unable to help.

Yasuko was diabetic, which might explain the caloric usage.

The woman and her spouse eventually reunited since her spouse attempted to care for and love her.

Toshiyuki put rose blossoms in the garden named Shibazakura, knowing that his wife loves flowers.

They are beautiful pink in color and bloom virtually the entire summer and fall; they are very fragrant.

Over the next ten years, the guy planted flowers on about three thousand square meters of land.

There was a lovely pink-scented carpet all around their house. Their residence became well-known across the neighborhood.

Locals and visitors alike come to admire the gorgeous flowers and speak with Yasuko.

The woman loved conversing with everyone. Indeed, because of her poor vision, she usually sat at home and did not interact with anyone.
