Miley Cyrus makes a rare statement about her relationship with her father, Billy Ray, following family drama…

Miley Cyrus has finally addressed reports that she has a rocky connection with her father, Billy Ray.

Family dynamics may be complicated at times, resulting in disputes and feuds.

This is also true for celebrity families, as singer Miley Cyrus recently revealed in an interview with the New York Times.

Miley has already acknowledged that she does not do this on a regular basis, and she just recently had to answer reports that she was feuding with her mother after being unfollowed on Instagram.

Miley wrote on Instagram, “I seldom comment on rumors, but my mother and I are too close for anything to ever come between us.

“She is my best friend.” She, like many mothers, did not know how to use her phone and unfollowed me for no apparent reason.

“My father and I have faced obstacles throughout the years.” Now that I’m in my thirties, family comes first.”

Miley opted to go into further depth about her ongoing connection with her father and how it has developed over time.

Miley stated in her interview that she was no longer estranged from her father. I believe timing is everything.

“As I’ve gotten older, I’m respecting my parents as individuals instead of as parents — because my mom really loved my dad for her whole life, and I think being married to someone in the music industry and not being a part of it is hard.”

Miley went on to discuss how her sentiments for both of her parents had changed as she grew older and they started new partnerships.

She went on to say, “I think I took on some of my mother’s pain as my own because it hurt her more than it hurt me as an adult, so I owned a lot of her pain.” But now that my mother is in love with my stepfather, whom I adore, and my father is finding happiness, too, I can love them as people rather than as a parental pairing.

“I’m handling it maturely. At first, it’s difficult because the little kid in you reacts before the adult in you can say, ‘Yes, that’s your father, but that’s just another person who deserves to be happy.” My childhood self has caught up.”
