Shani Louk was at a music festival in southern Israel when the Islamist group Hamas carried out a fatal strike.
Despite her mother’s fears about her daughter’s safety, Ricarda Louk maintains she has evidence that she is secure.
The tattooist, 23, went missing on October 7 after Hamas gunmen opened fire on the Nature Party near Kibbutz Urim.
At least 260 individuals were murdered in the raid, and many more were seriously injured or kidnapped as they attempted to flee the fighting.
Witnesses at the event described it as a’massacre,’ with gunmen waiting in the wings and ‘picking off’ victims as they tried to leave.

With Louk also missing, her family urgently searched for her and ultimately recognized her in a video posted on social media.
The horrific video shows a semi-naked young woman being paraded around the streets while unconscious in a pickup vehicle by Hamas members.
Though the extremist organization claimed the body belonged to an Israeli soldier, Louk’s cousin recognized her by her distinctive leg tattoos and dreadlocks.
Her family now claims to have gotten word from Palestinian sources that the young woman is being treated at a Hamas facility.
Her mother also provided an update when she went on German television to address her missing daughter.

“We now have evidence that Shani is alive but has a serious head injury and is in critical condition,” Ricarda Louk told Bild. Every minute counts.”
“You have to act quickly and get Shani out of the Gaza Strip!” she begged German officials.
“We shouldn’t argue about questions of jurisdiction now!”
The young woman is one of several visitors who have gone missing in Israel as a result of the country’s multi-pronged offensive.
So far, 700 people have been killed, with many more still missing.
After witnessing the abduction video, her mother asked for information about her daughter.
The worried mother shared her experience on social media, holding up a photo of Louk and pleading for an update.
“We were sent a video in which I could clearly see our daughter unconscious in the car with the Palestinians and them driving around the Gaza Strip,” she said.
“I ask you to send us any assistance or news,” she continued. Thank you a lot.”
