According to legal documents, Al Pacino has agreed to provide financial support to his partner Noor Alfallah, paying her $30,000 monthly for the care of their four-month-old son, as well as an additional one-time sum of $110,000.
The court papers state that while the couple will share joint custody of their child, Alfallah will have primary physical custody. Pacino’s representative declined to comment on the matter. Additionally, Pacino will make an annual deposit of $15,000 to a college savings account for their son.

He will also cover all healthcare expenses not covered by insurance and any agreed-upon extracurricular activities and lessons for the child. The court documents emphasize that the agreement reflects the pair’s desire to maintain a harmonious relationship for the well-being of their son.
Alfallah had filed for physical custody in September, although at that time, a representative for Pacino stated that the couple was still in a relationship. The actor also has children from previous relationships, including twins and another daughter.
